I want to express my extreme gratitude for the patience and professional installation performed by Dominic. I had run into an issue with my gas fireplace, where I had twisted the main line and rendered it useless. Dominic approached the situation with great professionalism. He dug deep into what was needed and, without hesitation, ensured everything was done correctly.
He kept me informed throughout the process, updating me on any issues and the parts that needed to be purchased or retrieved. Dominic even drove many miles across towns to find the niche parts required to make my setup work. The pricing was very fair, and they promptly adjusted the quote if any issues arose, which I greatly appreciated.
I’d also like to thank another gentleman who assisted Dominic during the process. I regret that I cannot remember his name, but I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and the help he provided.
