I had a great experience today with Scott, who came to fix a plumbing issue in my apartment. What initially seemed like a quick fix turned into a project that took all afternoon, but Scott handled it with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. I very much appreciated him keeping me informed along the way.
Beyond his expertise, Scott was personable, funny, and very respectful of my space. He even took the time to teach me how to use baking soda and vinegar to remove small blockages in the future, which I am truly grateful for. I appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!
I called 1-Tom-Plumber Fort Worth on New Year’s Day (not expecting anyone to answer but hoping to leave a message for a call back the next day.) To my surprise, Lindsey answered! She was great; she promptly scheduled a visit for the very next morning. Her communication and friendliness were excellent. I was kept fully-informed of the technician’s arrival time (David.) Upon diagnosing the problem, David patiently and carefully explained everything to me. He answered all my questions/concerns, was very professional and helped me understand the problems and my options. I don’t usually have a great enough experience to both leaving a review, but in this instance, David and Lindsey impressed me so much that I knew I had to spread the word. Thanks for making the experience smooth and efficient.

The BEST service. This was an extremely pleasant service call. They were very efficient and so nice. On time and we’re ready to replace my water heater if it was needed. It was needed and they replaced it and showed me some key points I needed to know in a timely matter. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
