They were extremely professional. Got the job done quick and everything was cleaned up after. And gave me good tips of why everything happened. Had my water up in running better then before. Highly recommended will use for all future plumbing reasons.
Worst service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life, literally! They don’t even deserve a star. They showed up at my house at 2:45 pm when they told me that they’d be there before noon. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. When they finally showed up, they merely looked at what I needed done, (repair/replace a faucet) and quoted me $800. When I questioned it, one of the guys became belligerent and stormed out stating that, ‘I have a lot of clients to attend to and with plenty of money to spend’. I was so appalled at his reaction I asked him, ‘Is that the kind of service rooterman offers?’ He then jumped into his truck and gave me the finger! Don’t use these people, they are despicable human beings, seriously!
