When I first contacted this company it was September for 23’ , Mr. Jim came out and put the camera down into our sewer let us know our problem for a great price. Better than the competition for sure, he is affordable and honest. Fast forward a year and some change later Edwin came out to do some snaking for us and again beatable rates, although I got mixed up in what the price was I was able to get in contact with Mr. Jim got the correct information. Edwin was very understanding and patient with me came a few hours later to do the job and got it done efficiently! They will always get my business.
Today, my sump pump stopped working. I looked at the plumbers in my area and found Absolute Plumbing had great reviews. I call and the the lady in the office could be here in about an hour. He came in less than an hour, told me what it would cost. He installed a new pump and check valve. Now it’s working great.

I had Absolute Plumbing come out for an issue that i was having Edwin was the tradesman that came out by me being a tradesman of another trade for over thirty years i know when a tradesman knows what he’s doing pretty quick and i could tell that Edwin knew what he was doing , he listened to me explain the problem and went to work he was very professional and by him having been in the plumbing trade for over thirty years he’s seen it all. Edwin solved the problem and my wife and i were satisfied and i really enjoyed the conversation we had I recommend Absolute Plumbing and definitely recommend Edwin.
