Chappy gave good service today. Very quick! Heater was out and they were able to get it fixed under 30 min. Cleaned furnace area, cleaned sensor and re-lot the pilot light
We had Shawn and Travis O install our circulating pump and they did a great job. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and explained in detail how it works. We also had Shak who installed new thermostats for us. He too was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and explained how they work. All 3 of them said if we had any questions, to be sure to contact them. We would definitely recommend them and Ace Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning services.
Called Ace for a maintenance check on my HVAC system, Martin, the tech was super polite and provided a very comprehensive overview of my system. I felt he was honest and professional and not there to just up-sale me. I highly recommend Ace and will definitely call them again!
This is my second review for this amazing company. This time I had a plumbing issue with my toilets and they sent Oscar to my home. He was incredibly friendly and thorough. He talked to me through everything that he was going to be doing and kept me involved, which I really appreciate. His customer service skills are really amazing, super friendly and very personable. !!
