I used Ace Plumbing to repair a leaking problem I had in my basement bathroom. My appointment was scheduled for 11/15 between 9am – 12pm. The plumber did not show up until 8pm at night and did not have all the parts to complete the job. My upstairs bathtub was left in mid service. The plumber indicated he would return at 9am on 11/16 but did not show up until 11am. The job was completed in poor quality and extremely unprofessional. The hot water and cold water are reversed and their was not enough seal added that will end up in leaking water again to my bathroom downstairs. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and quality of work.

We have used them for multiple jobs: Plumbing, heating and air, sewer issues, and regular maintenance issues. They are always very professional and do a great job. I don’t know what going on with their employees but I’ve called them the last two days requesting someone to come out for frozen pipes and they keep giving me a time and never show and when you talk to whoever answers the phone she acts like she has no idea what you’re talking about, horrible experience, bad costumer service
