Justin was great! He listened to my issues and determined it wasn’t something he needed to come out for. I appreciated his honesty and time. I will definitely be calling him next time I have a pest control issue.
I called in asking lots of questions about a pest control situation I was unsure about. I spoke with Justin who was such a great listener and was super patient in responding to all the things that I had inquired about and my concerns. In the end, my situation didn’t warrant the need to have anyone come out for treatment. Justin could have very easily told me that he had to come out and charge me for something that was unnecessary. Instead, Justin was honest and forthright and displayed integrity in not ripping me off. I will definitely use Justin’s company in the future (should I need them), and will refer his services to friends and family.
Styler was our tech, I will recommend them to anyone looking for pest control, very professional and friendly and priced very reasonable.

We moved into older home that had been empty for quite some time. We discovered rats in the basement and attic. We called Action based on reviews and the service we received was excellent. Justin explained their process, timeline and fees (all reasonable). He sent Skyler to provide weekly and bi-weekly inspections until the population was eliminated by traps and entry points sealed up. Always professional and timely. Skyler explained everything each step of the way so we knew what to expect. He estimated the size of population we were dealing with and approximate time it would take to resolve. It took about a month with routine checks. All evidence of rat droppings and noises are gone. We hope we don’t have a rat problem in the future but if needed Action Pest Control will be our first call.
I just recommended Justin to my brother who just moved into town.
