Terrible company, total scam. We had their highest tier contract which covered mice, Yellow Jackets and Box Elder bugs. We complained about the Yellow Jackets & Box Elder bugs multiple times. Nothing was done. The last visit a couple weeks ago I watched the tech walk around and not spray anything. They say the even spray the eves of your roof, I’ve never seen them do that. I’ve killed 5 mice in the last week. I’ve wasted money now for almost a year.
Adam’s has been the best pest control company we’ve used in the Maple Grove area, and we’ve been here since 1995. Bugs….gone. Wasps, ants, spiders, silver fish, etc etc etc…..gone and they ain’t coming back. Excellent communication on when they’ll be coming out to do their service and what they’ll be doing, and they simply do it with tremendous results. Got a pest problem…call them ASAFP.

Not only have they fully addressed any and all concerns about pests, but whenever there is a pest issue, they are extremely responsive and earn high accolades for communication. On top of that, the people that have been servicing our account are friendly and attentive. Five stars fully deserved.
