My husband and I just moved in December! Not knowing much about how it is in the area during summer. They gave us a discounted price for being in the neighborhood currently, and im happy with the prices, even without discount, and the friendly employees! They also done sprays for previous owners so he gave me information i wasnt aware about with pests and it was very nice to be informed about what to expect! 10/10 recommend, very nice guys!
Roney did a great job with our service today. We were an add-on to his schedule and he had a very positive attitude even though it was 7:30 before he arrived.
Alta Pest Control does a fabulous job managing the insects and rodents in my large house in the woods. Their reminder texts and text notice when tech is 15 minutes out are great communication. They have been easy to deal with to reschedule or add services. My tech Karen is professional, knowledgeable and very courteous and does a great job every visit!!
Izak did an awesome job with our Alta Pest Control Service. After completing the service he gave us a thumbs up towards our Ring camera! We appreciate the flexibility in scheduling so that we can make sure our dog is safe and secure.
These people won’t leave us alone. Their sales guy would not leave our property and kept asking over and over for my credit card information. He then returned at 8:15 PM when I told him not to do so. I called their customer service to complain, said “do not come back” and welp… they came back…. So if I see your sales person on my property again I will call the police and file a report against your company for harassment.
