Anchor Plumbing is top notch company. We had a water leak on a Sunday evening and called Anchor that evening not thinking we would be able to speak with anyone. We were actually able to speak with someone and explain our situation and she scheduled for someone to come out the next morning to assess the leak. The estimator was at our house first thing in the morning. He gave us a clear estimate with all scenarios. 2 guys came to complete the job the SAME DAY! we didn’t have to wait for another day without water. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I feel that the cost was reasonable for the work that was completed. I will not hesitate to contact them again if needed.
Dakota and Alex were very thorough and professional. Dakota discussed all of our options, made the entire process incredibly easy. Alex and Sam installed the water heater in record time, and took the time to explain the warranty, etc. for having to replace a water heater, the experience was as painless as possible. Anchor earned 5 stars for sure for this visit. From their initial contact, to the completion of the install was 6 hours. Great communication with them the whole time. I’d use Anchor again, the experience was exceptional. Thanks to all at Anchor.
Unfortunately we needed to get some professional help with our plumbing issues. Fortunately we started and ended our search with the plumbing group Anchor. From our first encounter with Dakota to evaluate, diagnose, and problem solve our situation to the great team of plumbers that did the work we felt comfortable and confident in our experience. Joseph the master plumber and his crew (sadly missed getting names) the work went so smoothly and we feel assured all will be well. We highly recommend this organization.
Anchor Plumbing was outstanding. From the minute I sent a text at 7 am on Monday to getting a call within minutes, to someone coming in at noon to see what was wrong and then having the guys come in at 3pm to install everything. Mason was the technician who came in to do the initial inspection and from the very beginning explained everything and was very thorough. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what our options were and made sure all our questions were answered. Then Alex and another technician came in at 3pm and installed our water softener, fixed both shower valves and handles, and did so very efficiently and with very minimal disruption and noise. All three gentlemen were very professional and kind. Mason then followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I’m so glad I found Anchor Plumbing and will continue to use them going forward for our home needs. They definitely showed professionalism, experience, and that they care about our home.
Making the appointment was fast and easy…I had an appointment for the next day. Dakota quickly assessed the problem with our water heater and explained the situation in detail. He provided a few options to replace the 20 year old water heater and within an hour we were off to the races to replace the unit. In came Ignacio (Nacho) who was just as professional and had our new water heater installed and working within a couple hours. He had an issue with the size of the unit and our storage closet but he quickly found a workaround and the fix was professionally done. I highly recommend Anchor for your plumbing needs.
