Approved Plumbing is terrific! The techs came in the time frame they said they would, were very neat, polite, and went the extra mile to make sure the space was cleaned up after installing a new water tank. Dawson carefully explained our options and when it was installed, went over everything they did. Vince was the other tech who also was very conscientious and worked hard to make sure everything got done correctly.
I had a drain problem and called Approved plumbing, set appointment, they showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. From start to finish they were outstanding all the way around. The technicians were awesome, went above and beyond. I will recommend them to all. Thank you Approved Plumbing!
I never leave reviews but for them, I have to! We have had Approved Plumbing to our house twice and both times, they were fantastic. Not only super friendly, down to earth and professional but also took the time to explain what was going on and the options we had which we appreciated greatly. Even the administrative staff were awesome when we called. I would recommend 6 stars if I could. This is the type of service you wish you could get more often! Thank you Approved Plumbing!!
