PLEASE read this review if you want to save yourself from an aggravting experience. Easiest way to do this is by saying to the sales associate that comes to your house ours was Kaleb. No Thank you and close the door before they start into their high pressure sales routine. If you do not do this and they start going through the reviews during their sales pitch. Please read mine it has been a horrible experience with this company. Signed a contract with Kaleb to have my yard sprayed for pests. Technician came to the house to spray. When he sprayed our grass he did not dilute the chemicals correctly. Later confirmed over the phone a couple days later with there pest expert Yonathan. You can see in the pictures they killed the grass in places and created yard rust on the yard all this happened within 2 to 3 days of spraying. I called to complain and cancel the service which was within the allotted time in the contract. I was assured by Yonathan I had cancelled and no fee would be assessed. He assured me the contract was cancelled. Fast forward a month and half later, this week I received an email to schedule another spraying. I immediate sent a message I had cancelled the contract. Found out Yonathan never cancelled the contract and now I owe a $199 cancellation fee. I am so upset with this company it is worth it to pay the fee and say good bye to this situation.
