I would warn you to head to another pest control company before considering using Aptive Environmental. Their service is poor, they consistently did less than the bare minimum during their visits. Signing a contract is a bad idea because the words are intentionally deceptive. We had 9 vists within a year and the contract says 9 visits or 18 months. These visits do not apparently take the first visit into account so it’s actually 10 visits. Is that good business? Of course not. But they don’t care because they are more interested in locking customers in for poor service for 10+ visits and hope that they can just ride it out as long as possible. This company is not interested in long term relationships built on integrity and quality. They are interested in getting as much money out of you before you realize you paid for a service you didn’t actually get. They have plenty of competitors and my strong recommendation is that you choose one of them over this company.
We’ve been with Aptive for a few years now and their job is always spot on. Their staff is always professional and amazing to work with. Kevin was great. It’s really nice to see photos of all the areas he touched on. Thank you for a wonderful job and care.
Last winter, the Aptive tech used my already winterized water hookup to fill his sprayer. At the time, I didn’t realize this, and I wasn’t able to rewinterize the system. The pipe froze and the water nozzle and sprayer busted. As a result, this company locked us in for pricing at $99 a service. It was either this or they pay the repair. Now they have raised the prices and to make matters worse, the last few services they were a no show. Yesterday, a new guy showed up at 5:10pm and talked me of the request to spray the inside of my home. Today, I notice the charge is $129 and after looking back at past charges, this is what we’ve been charged for the last several visits!! I’m not happy with this at all. There’s now no trust with this company.
I joined the active community by doorbell salesman. They came that day and sprayed my yard. The next few days ANTS!! All in my house every room! I called to cancel as a pest company shouldn’t be bringing the ants in.. I had to pay an extra $200 to cancel!!! Do not sign up with them. They are a scam!!! I’m so beyond mad!!!
