Dale Starr was early which my mother and I appreciated. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient with my elderly mother who loves to talk! Dale answered questions for us even minutes after he left. I felt like I was not ignored or put off. He made up 4 estimates from all the work being done to just to get by cheapest. Mom chose all which was a bit of a sticker shock but there is a lifetime warranty on their work. Mom can call them if there is an issue and I don’t have to drive over an hour to her house to deal with it. The work will begin on the fourth day after the estimates! Quick! Arnold plumbing has been in service for decades so I feel confident they will perform quality work and be available if we need them. I will have a better judgement on their work after all is done. I highly recommend them for now.
If you are looking for professional, top-notch, attention to detail company. Look no more. I can’t say enough about my experience. From the scheduling to the text, giving me a detailed bio of the plumber that was scheduled to be at my house. He showed up on time. Well dressed, clean, and professional. The company truck is clearly marked and in perfect condition. Robert B took the time to listen to me explain the drain issues I was having. He explained what he would do to troubleshoot the problem and what that cost would be. Once he discovered what the problem was, he wrote up a couple of different options, explaining the cost to carry out the options. There were no high-pressure sales or any kind of pressure to do any of the options given to me. I would feel comfortable with this company and this plumber in my home at any time . I highly recommend them.

We contacted Arnold and sons for a project in our new house. They were fast to respond and had quick availability to come out. Tyler came out for the job assessment and he was super friendly and very informative! The guys who installed our double vanity hookup were Tony and Jacob. They were fantastic and did a wonderful job! They answered all of our questions and informed us of everything they did. Tony and Jacob were fun to interact with and are very friendly guys.
