Have had pest problems all winter long with them coming out every week for months. No resolution what so ever. Worst experience ever
With Arrow since 2017. Customer service increasingly got more and more poor. The technicians were generally great and easy to work with, but the office staff was not. Last treatment, the tech never showed up on the scheduled date. It took over a week to get clarification as to why he no showed, and by that time they had rescheduled us without our knowledge. The person on the phone had so much attitude and tried to gaslight us into believing we told the tech we were “on vacation” and that’s why he didn’t come to do the service. What? Someone lied, and it definitely wasn’t me. When you pay hundreds of dollars a year to a company there bare minimum you can expect is to not be lied to. Too many people with no customer service skills are employed here. Needless to say, there are dozens of different pest control companies in the area – choose one that actually respects you as a long term customer. Arrow is not one of them anymore.
My technician, David Carr, was amazing. I have felt better about the services ever since Mr. Carr has taken over my account. He talked me through the services he was providing. That allowed me to know what he was treating and what to expect. His customer service was amazing because he built that rapport with me and others just come in and treat and leave. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he was the person for the job. No complaints or bugs so far.
