I’m a new customer at this home and this home was already being service by Arrow Exterminators. So I renewed the contract and I am pleased that I did. The service Professional who came to inspect for termites, I don’t remember his name, but I do what to say how professional he was in explaining in detail everything to me and helping me renew the contract.
Mr. Todoroki was also very professional in explaining in detail about the service he was giving. Both was very Professional and friendly.

The technician was completely professional. He checked every area of the house and treated all the entry point. I only see bugs when it’s nearing time for treatment and even then, they’re already dead. I hate to imagine what it would be like if I had not signed up for service. It has been working out great, so I would definitely recommend.
