I called Austin’s Greatest Plumbing yesterday morning at 9:30 about a major plumbing issue with our toilet. Star was here at the house at 10 and, after a quick and correct diagnosis, had the problem solved by noon. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We couldn’t be happier with the whole transaction. Five Star!
Gio did an outstanding job with an issue we had with our upstairs shower faucet replacing the cartridge. He and his apprentice were fast, courteous, and did a great job with the repair. I was dealing with a water main leak in my house on 1/1/25. Jason was straight forward and very honest with what needed to be done and how much it will cost, while other companies wanted me to replace the entire main line without a good reason and by charging 6X more $.
Needless to say, the pipe was repaired and we have water back in my house. Everyone at this company has been very professional and friendly.
