I scheduled this spring maintenance for my air conditioner unit for an appointment on Thursday afternoon yesterday, Wednesday. I was called and texted if the technician could come out at noon, to which I agreed. Brian and his apprentice showed up on time. Brian was very professional and provided the process for servicing my air conditioning unit. This maintenance checkup is covered with no charge, along with electrical, plumbing, and fall furnace maintenance checks as part of the Baker Brothers Family plan. I am very pleased and highly recommend Baker Brothers’ services and the Family plan .
Josh was respectful, personable and very good at his job. He talked me through all my options and then walked me through every step of what he was doing. Consequently, my mind was totally at ease. When he was done, there was zero mess left behind, and that was impressive with the amount of dirt and mud he moved to dig up my pipes. Not only that but Baker Brothers really stepped up. We needed a plumber NOW and they sent someone. Ten out ten would recommend.
Brett has done a ton of work for us and he does an amazing job every time! We wouldn’t have anyone else in our home. He cares about the work he does and always educates us on what we need to know. This time he did a whole home surge protector and an EV charger. Great job Brett!
Just happened to kneel near the gas pipe coming in the house and smells gas. I shut off the gas and called them. They were over pretty quick and found the leaks and made my house code compliant. Very happy with having a much safer home.
Cristian Arias and his teammate arrived on time and did excellent work replacing my water heater and bringing the installation up to code. They resolved two concerns I had with the initial work quickly and completely with no argument. I am very satisfied with the work done.
