Kris was very professional and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. He was expedient in delivering our quarterly service. For him as a technician, I’d give 5 stars. I gave 4 here because this service was very difficult to schedule with Senske, the parent company and I was very frustrated with how long it took to get someone to come out. I hope they continue to work on those issues so that the customer experience doesn’t get impacted. I was very close to leaving for your competitor.
They were good when it was actually locally owned and operated. It’s now owned and operated by Senske Services a corporate company out of Washington. They have lost all of the original knowledgeable quality techs. The communication gaps between the call center and the local office makes scheduling difficult. There processing is so slow they send late payment notifications for invoices they have had a check for 2 months. They will send techs to do a service even after you have cancelled multiple times and try to charge you.
Mark has taken care of our home for years. He is the best! He gives me options for the best day/time, arrives when he says he will and gives me an update when he’s finished. I appreciate his great service!!
We have used Barnes twice. Once for mice that got into our walls after we cut our hay and one for pack rats. For the mice in the walls they took the time to crawl under our house, seal up all the little holes around the foundation, set bait stations that wouldn’t affect our pets and came back to make sure the mice were taking the bait. The pack rat problem is still being addressed but so far they have been very responsive and set 6 large traps and are coming back in 2 days to check to see if we killed anything. I would highly recommend Barnes, especially for those customers living on property. Thanks to Mark who came out to our house. Super personable and it was obvious he really cared and wants to make sure our problem is taken care of.
He only did half of his job. He checked the bait boxes but did not spray for insects. He also did not call in advance of showing up at our house, which all the other gentleman do.
