Baylor Plumbing Inc. was very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to replace our sewer pipes! Not a project a homeowner ever wants to deal with, they made it as easy on us as possible! Took extra care to explain exactly what they would be doing and protected our house from any more damage than necessary. All the guys were very pleasant and worked full days in 100 degree weather to complete the job as promised! I will be calling them again if I ever need any service they provide!!

I contacted Baylor Plumbing Inc. on Monday evening. They made an appointment for me right away for 11 the next morning. Jim the technician, got to my house at 10, an hour early. He was very friendly, polite, and personable. He went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong, including crawling underneath my mobile home searching for a leak. After all that it was determined that it wasn’t a plumbing issue. There was no charge and he moved on to his next appointment. I would and will recommend Baylor Plumbing Inc. to anyone in need of their services.
