Brandon and team did a great job setting up a new manufactured home for us with water connection, wastewater, and startup on fixtures and water heater. Prompt scheduling, clear estimate, and good scheduling for the workday, and work was completed as promised, and we paid his invoice before he left. This is how contracting should be, with good licensed and insured folks completing good work!
Deceptive business practices!
During the house-buying process, I paid him for a quote for plumbing repairs found during Inspection to use in negotiations. But oh no! He refused to put the quote in writing and only would send a dollar number via text without a company name or even what the number was for. Absolutely useless for negotiations.
IDKY but I called him back to do the repairs after closing. I thought he was coming to do the repairs, but oh no! He was there to give me another quote. This time, the quote was free and official, in writing – for $2000 MORE than the texted amount.
Needless to say, I went with another plumber – who charged a little more than his texted amount yet substantially less than his official quote.
I am reluctant to post this; however, I think people should be warned that he “baits and switches.”
Yelp has upped their game and now offers dollar guarantees. For the Temple area, I recommend finding contractors there.
Bell Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Bell County. Literally, the only company in town that I can say I absolutely love doing business with. Brandon’s attention to detail is spot-on, and I am extremely happy with the continued service I receive from him, Jenna and Cody. Brandon did the complete re-plumb on my house and has gone above and beyond multiple times for me and my property. Highly professional, friendly, and overall just amazing.
