Today was another example of why we are so happy with this company. We started with them about two and half years ago and have had a great experience.
This morning, we noticed new gopher holes in our backyard. I called the office, figuring it would likely be next week before someone could come out due to the 4th of July holiday but I was wrong.
They got us on the schedule right away. Larry was out here by 2 pm and took care of the issue within 15 minutes.
Larry explained which rodent issue we were having as we were unsure. He was very nice and professional. As has everyone from the company that we’ve ever interacted with.

Our technician Zach did a fantastic job! Punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He gave us details on everything he took care of during his visit, and pointed out any areas of concern, as well as answering all of our questions! Extremely happy with the service we received from him!
Efficient service and we really appreciate the night-before notification (with rambunctious dogs in the household, it’s nice to know ahead of time). Affordable rates, friendly staff – Zach did a great job (and identified and solved our rodent trouble too). Really pleased to have professionals to rely on!
Larry was great. He came out and treated my home and was very thorough. Checked on the bait boxes, treated for spiders -did a great job putting a barrier around the home and even the fence line
Casey was able to arrive before our scheduled time after checking with me. He was friendly and asked if we had any specific problems before he started. He did our whole yard, foundation, eaves, and our shed inside and out. He let us know when he was leaving and said to call if we have any problems before our next scheduled visit and he would take care of it, no charge.
He did a great job and we look forward to a long relationship with Bigfoot Pest Control.
