It’s been years and I have never done this but I see my neighbors hire exterminator after exterminator, as did I until this company. Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that’s contract work. They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. I can tell you how awful it was finding mice all time and now, never.
You really should go to them if you want a real, genuine solution.
This was our first time using BioTech and Damien was the awesome tech who came out to our house for a mouse issue. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, professional, and honestly very personable – which is so refreshing when you have someone coming to work in your house! He did a really great job and helped us understand what he was doing and why.
BioTech generally have been great to work with. They were very fast at providing an inspection and a quote and worked with us to quickly schedule Damien for a timeframe that worked well for us. They were significantly more thorough than other companies I contacted, plugging entry points other companies said I would need to hire an additional contractor for.
Dustin from BioTech is absolutely phenomenal. We had an emergency need for pest control that also required significant coordination with other contractors, landlords and property managers. Without Dustin, work would not have been completed as quickly and correctly. He is professional, communicative, operates with a sense of urgency and is just generally nice to work with. He made an otherwise very stressful situation less stressful for us and we are so thankful.
Outstanding service!! Dustin came out to our house to do some major mouse abatement work. He was extremely professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough. I’ll wait to confirm the end of mouse activity since it’s only been a day, but given the extensive and high-quality work he did, we are very confident our problem has been solved. It’s been a much better experience than what we had with another pest company. Thanks to Dustin and the entire Biotech team!
Dustin did an impeccable job. He is thorough, on time, knowledgeable, gives tips and recommendations. He was able to service all three floors of the home with attention to detail within an hour. He kept me informed of his arrival time well in advance so that I could plan my day accordingly and not have a prolonged wait window.
