Very friendly and competent service line confirmed the appointment 3 days out but was able to fit us in the same day. The service technician Daniel showed up on time, assessed the situation, explained his plan of attack, and got working. He diligently cleaned and tested the line, cleaned up and explained his findings. Excellent!
I have used Black Mountain Plumbing for 20 years. They never disappoint me. Robert is the best and explains everything going on and what is needed. I had Solomon for the first time and he fixed a backed up sewer pipe another plumber could not fix. He was courteous, explained everything and cleaned up! I will definitely be calling them next time I have an issue!
