While I was satisfied with the end result, and they did an excellent job in the end, I was without heat and hot water for 7 days which was a huge inconvenience. I realize they had several obstacles to overcome due to my old system and I really appreciate their diligence it was a complicated job
So far I have only needed to use BBPH for HVAC maintenance on a new-to-us house, and all my interactions with them have been great. Luke, the technician came out today and not only did maintenance, but educated me on a lot in the process! Great communication and great customer service.

Brown Brothers has provided excellent service every time we have used them. This time they were very accommodating to schedule quickly and at a convenient time. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why it was being done. Very knowledgeable and they do not try and sell you more service than is needed. We will call them every time.
