Paul did a thorough and professional job on the annual plumbing service on our Advantage Plan. He was on time and readily answered questions. He also took the time to coordinate with the office on an upgrade estimate that wasn’t initially a part of the scheduled visit. Chief/Bauer service is money well spent.
Juan Fernandez performed our annual Advantage Plan hvac inspection and I was impressed with his knowledge of our Lennox system and the ease with which he reassembled components after removal, cleaning, and inspection. Consumable items were replaced with no additional charge. Juan was on time and like all of the Chief Bauer Experts, was personable and professional. We have had the Advantage service since 2021 and are very pleased with its value.
We needed to replace a 20 year old heater/ac on its last leg. After comparison shopping, we got a very reasonable options from Jeff. The installation went smoothly, thanks to Mark and Doug! Everybody was so friendly and I would definitely recommend!
I’ve had Chief/Bauer out for four unrelated service calls in the last 6 years. First time was when my basement flooded. They have always been very responsive. Derek handled the last call and was extremely professional. The staff are always friendly, happy to explain the work to you when needed, and I’ve never had any problems with the quality of the work performed. I don’t even waste my time with other service providers and recommend them with no hesitation to others.
Paul was a great help, you can tell he’s dedicated to his craft and really cares about the customer’s experience. He explained all the issues in detail and was able to offer a solution even when we weren’t able to pay to fully replace the water heater. So friendly and I’m glad to have him back next week for the full repair.
Justin and Doug installed a new furnace for me today. Very polite and professional men. Very thorough in checking to make sure everything was properly working. Thanks for a job well done guys. The heat feels good!!! Also want to thank Wayne and Jonathan for coming out quickly on Christmas eve to diagnose the problem .
