I needed a second line / meter for my sprinkler system and reached out to Clearwater plumbing on 5/11/22 because of the great reviews. He was very responsive and helpful texting and asked me to send him some pics. Gave me some great info and a really good price. On 5/27 I sent him 2 texts telling him that I am looking to move forward with them and no response. On 5/30 I sent a text and nothing. So I gave up. I don’t understand why companies try to take on too much work and then turn around and ignore customers after the initial discussion. If you can’t do the work just have the common courtesy to respond and tell me that so I can move on and not waste my time. Seemed like they could of been a good company but now I’ll never know.
