Jaimie very quickly diagnosed where the clog in my pipe was located.He was professional and quickly cleaned up a pretty disgusting mess in my front yard. He was friendly and wore protective covers on his feet while he was in the house. He also drove down the street and unclogged my mom’s toilet. His prices were very reasonable.
Jamie came out to give us an estimate for our faucet installation and was able to set up our sink/faucet a couple hours later!! He also plugged our gas stove back up for us. He was very quick and professional and very friendly along with the other man that came with him (I can’t remember his name)!! They have great prices for the quality of work that they do and I 100% recommend them! We will be using them for future plumbing!

He parked in the driveway so I had to park my car in the street. That’s just a small annoyance. He asked for the $85 service fee payment as soon as he arrived. I’ve had a couple previous claims through my home warranty and I paid after they assessed the issue. I told him this and expressed concern about paying the fee and then him just leaving without doing anything. It wasn’t until after I said this that he decided to get on the phone with the home warranty company. He said they wouldn’t answer his call so he would just transfer the claim to another plumbing company, and he left. I’m glad I didn’t pay the service fee when he asked for it…
I’ve had this issue for over a month already and had to escalate the claim because the first company never responded. Now I have to go through this process all over again and coordinate around my work schedule. This was a huge inconvenience.
