We were dealing with a problem raccoon. One call and Cridder Ridder came promptly to set a trap. The trap worked like a charm. The raccoon was treated humanely and will be released to a more appropriate environment. The Cridder Ridder techs were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office was cheerful and eager to help. Highly recommended!

I saw bats coming out of my roof. Christian was up there promptly and gave me a reasonable quote. He brought the calvary! He sealed up my massive roof double time and excluded the bats. They installed new fascia in places that were beyond repair and sealed up elsewhere. They installed a neat ridgecap exclusion barrier to keep them out.
Not only was he effective, but he did a thorough review of the house (inside and outside) to assuage my concerns about potential pest entry. He spent a long time explaining, reviewing, and discussing the issues with me so that I can rest easy knowing that bats are being excluded.
When his crew showed up to do the work, he brought three outstanding gentlemen with him. I couldn’t be happier with how respectful, efficient, and considerate they were to me and my property. They had military bearing as they set to work. They were dauntless – I had portions of the house that were difficult to access. That didn’t slow them down at all. The house looks great and I rest easy knowing that the bat situation was resolved.
