Derek was excellent in his servicing of our hot tub clean out today. He arrived right on time, ensured everything was prepared and I had no questions. He then went right to work, explaining what he was doing and keeping me involved while completing a very detailed cleaning. Afterwards he ensured I had his business card, suggested possible changing in services and made us feel very comfortable with the whole transaction. Great service from an excellent employee working for an awesome company!
