We had a little minor issue with our sink. We made a phone call and they’re promptly able to come by fairly quickly to take care of everything.
They did a great job. They’re very polite and most importantly cleaned up everything.
What more can you ask for?
We contacted Crown Plumbing after experiencing a drain backup in our bathrooms. While other plumbers would just hydro-jet your drain line regardless of the condition of your drain pipes, they inspected our main drain and diagnosed various issues, including root damage and partial collapse due to rusting. They replaced our main drain and dug underground to avoid breaking the bathroom tiles! Luis led a team of very experienced plumbers throughout the whole project. Luis was very helpful and transparent about the status and pros and cons of the job. He also provided confidence and great customer service. If you need to diagnose major plumbing issues, need to repipe or replace old drains, water lines, or gas lines in your home or business, I would recommend Crown Plumbing.
My neighbor recommended Crown Plumbing yesterday when our toilets were backing up. I called them just before they closed and although they couldn’t come out right away, they sent Victor out at 7AM this morning (Saturday) and he was great. He was very friendly and was able to assess and fix our issue right away. He also informed me that the City of San Jose should be called if it happens again as it was blocked 20+ feet into the street and they should be responsible for fixing any future issues past my clean out.
Crown Plumbing provides excellent service. We have had an issues with our hot water heater, and Victor Flores has been great at solving the problem. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing.

He completed the job which was a bathtub that was not draining. Pricing was reasonable.
