Friendly Technician but he replaced the original water valve with a valve with less features and controls. When I advised them, they tried to say it was my fault. They also claimed that I accepted it because I paid them the same day. Normally a professional organization would do whatever it takes to fix the situation but they did not even want to talk about it and Dee hung up on me while I was talking to her on the phone. Very crabby. I was expecting much more and still haven’t got them to fix it without charging me double labor or well over $1000.00.
It was such a pleasure working with Dee and her crew. We had them replace our main sewer line. They were prompt, professional, easy to work with, and did a great job overall. They cleaned up after they were done and took the time to answer our questions. I would highly recommend them.
Joe is very knowledgeable! He has been to our house twice for plumbing issues and has done a fantastic job both times and educated me on the exact problems and possible solutions. Dee’s Plumbing is very solutions-focused and does a great job!
Just had some bathroom sink plumbing replaced by Joe. Couldn’t have asked for a better 1st time experience with Dee’s Plumbing. Joe seemed like a pretty stand up human and was cool to chat with. Would highly recommend Dee’s Plumbing to anyone.
Dee’s plumbing just installed a utility sink ,kitchen faucet and handheld shower. Very pleased with work .My husband and I have used Dee’s for all our plumbing needs for over 20 years
