Delcor was great at getting my gas fireplace working again!! They were very prompt at getting service tech Nick out to diagnose the problem, Nicole getting me the quote and getting Nick back out to replace the pilot assembly. Highly recommend!!
We spent over 23k to replace two heat pumps in April 2024. In the past 8 month, I have called the office multiple times regarding different issues: noise problem, smell problem, a failed air handler unit, and now—mice issue!
Who could have believed it? The team broke the downstairs drywall behind the air handler during installation (photos attached). But instead of informing us and fixing it, they just hided it, as we won’t be able to see it behind the air handler. In other words, we have been pulling return air partially from the crawl space!
Until recently, we had a mice intruder in the pantry, where the air handler located. We spent a few hundred bucks calling the pest control. We checked every conner and found that shocking huge hole behind the air handler.
Called the office and technicians came, who we appreciated. However, we were offered two ways to fix it. Either put a large piece of metal to cover the hole (not a complete fix) or remove the whole unit to completely fix it. We just couldn’t believe how this expensive project turned out to be such a mess and caused us so much trouble.
We are beyond disappointment and are waiting for the response from the office/owner to discuss this. Until now, no sincere apology/phone call received.
I highly recommend Delcor. They exceeded my expectations. They arrived in a timely manner and immediately went to work. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will trust them in the future with all repairs.
This is for my father in law. Jack Weathersby. Had unit installed 2 years ago and was very expensive. Last year it quit working only 1 year old technician came out and said it was compressor charged for a new compressor and got home last night and unit is not working again. About to call and can’t wait to hear how much it’s going to cost this time. Will update asap.

He is very thorough, performs a great job, and is always very kind. Have always had a great experience with the technicians, but more time spent with Justin, he truly is great.
