I had a defective outside water faucet and called DiMone. Technicians Justyn & Rob came to my house assessed it and provided me with different corrective measures from simple to severe. They were able correct it with the lowest scenario and installed a new faucet that is working perfectly. I would highly recommend DiMone to anyone in need of plumbing! I called asking for a quote to replace my kitchen sink and install a disposal and before the call ended they gave me the quote and scheduled to come within the week. They asked specific questions and for pictures to determine the price. The workers showed up on time, were very respectful, walked me through exactly what they would need to do, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The new sink is beautiful and everything works even better than before. We will be using them again in the future when we renovate our bathrooms!
Called for an irrigation pump replacement. Office returned my call promptly and kept me up to date throughout with fantastic communication. Frank and Ryan showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After they were done they explained everything to me and walked me through some tips and tricks. 10/10!
