The plumber (Josh) inspected the unit with my tenants and confirmed that all plumbing was in good working order and that the dishwasher appliance was likely at fault for the failure to drain function (vs the plumbing). Josh and I had a thorough follow up call (as I was not at the visit) and he was helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend this team and will call them again in the future!
I had a great experience with Hector. He ended up coming out twice because I had to get ahold of my neighbor. It ended up being my neighbors runny toilet, not my pipes, which was the problem. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and when I actually end up having an issue of my own I will definitely be calling.

It’s was a very horrible and bad experience with this plumbing services I ever encounter also the technician give me first an estimate of 6k just to replace an elbow tubes and 5 feet of copper pipe 1/2” – 3/4” shower set and shower valve and a faucet telling me that the quote price was base to company’s parts/charges. I told him not to do it and he came down with a Price of $2085.75 just to fixed the important thing which is the elbow leak and replaces some piping. I was also asked how the job done by a text how reply to them that it was an over charged services and they did not came back to me what is the reason.
