Dispatch was great and was able to advise on what temporary measures to take to keep everything safe before Tyler arrived.

When Josh from Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating showed up he was kind and thoughtful. Asked the right questions to get to the bottom of my problem.
It became a bigger job due to some old rusted pipes, which I thought might be the case, but he went for it and finished quickly and between him and some other colleagues that showed up cleaned the place beautifully.
My issue was fixed and hopefully he also helped that so it will have less of a chance to reoccur.

Josh was very helpful. He explained what he was doing and why which made me feel more comfortable with the process of fixing my radiant manifold and furnace. He really knows what he’s doing. Very professional but also kind to someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing. Josh would definitely be my top pick to fix any plumbing in my house.
They responded quickly to my call for a new water heater even though it was a Saturday. Josh came over the same day and got the new water heater up and running. It was nice to get it all taken care with no real inconvenience.
