These guys have been our lifesavers since we moved into our house in 2020. They fixed our heating unit when it went out in the middle of winter. We called them, and within 24 hours, they had a new hot water tank. We’ve had other plumbing problems, and they’ve always been able to take care of us. They’re always quick to respond and super professional. They usually fix things quickly, and their techs are great. packed with helpful info. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services.
Dreyer Plumbing was great! DJ and his crew installed a new high-end shower panel in our master bathroom in a timely and quality manner. Highly professional and friendly customer service. Truly deserving of a 5 star rating!
We had Dreyer install a utility (mop) sink in our basement several months ago. It is still functional and we use it regularly. We had used Dreyer before for a few other jobs (new toilet, cleaning HW-on-demand box, etc.) and found their work to be expensive but acceptable.
We purchased the utility sink and faucet through Dreyer. They had priced it at $250 – not too bad. Unfortunately, I had neglected to ask them for an estimate on labor before the install. It appeared that the plumber came unprepared to do the job as a lot of time was spent getting special parts from the truck. Also, he cut the faucet in off-center (he apologized for doing that) and he left a pipe hanging directly over the sink (inconvenient hazard). It took him more than 2 hours to put it in.
He left and said that I would get a bill in the mail. They charged me $450 for labor and $185 for extra materials. Our total bill was for $885. I enclosed a letter of complaint with the payment that I sent back. They did not respond.
I would highly recommend Dreyer Plumbing! I have been using their services since 2020 and have absolutely zero complaints. They have come out to my home pretty quickly, like within a day or 2 of calling. They also do great work and I feel what they charge is very reasonable.
Edit*** Dreyer came back out to our house to replace some moldy piping they had noticed on their previous visit. Once again they were punctual, courteous, and professional. Great to have a reliable plumber right here in Agawam.
Our service was performed several months ago, but Dreyer needs a well deserved review.
Doug was awesome! He came and replaced our kitchen sink in the same day. He was very polite and very professional and his service was done in a timely manner. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work and we are very happy with their service and pricing. A breathe of fresh air during times where it can be very difficult finding reliable and professional home repair services. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Would highly recommend!
