Cullen with Dynamic Drains is our go-to plumber. He did a great job with our Bosch dishwasher install this morning just like he installed our Brio water filter a while back. He pays attention to detail and is not an invasive plumber. He respects our older home and makes things work without harming the house, which is hard to come by. He makes the space better after he leaves it and stands by his work. He also hauled away our old appliance! This level of professionalism, thoughtfulness and customer care is rare and it is nice to know that we can rely on him when we need his help.
I was very pleased with how efficient the two men were. They were very through in their communication and made the call a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.
Martin was so very nice & professional. He replaced my water heater quick and efficiently. He even hepled me by moving my deep freezer back into place. I will definitely use Dynamic Drains Plumbing again and I recommend them.
Austin and his people have helped me in the past years with various plumbing issues,
Including slab leak and water pipes breaking with freezing weather. They also work to re-route our water pipes. Given our past experience with freezing temperatures and water pipes breaking, I contacted Austin again this year after the MLK week of freezing temperatures as I thought we had another leak. While that was not the case, it was reassuring to have them look into our concerns. Austin and his men were personable and considerate of our anxiety with water leaks so made extra effort to promptly assist and communicate with us. Lastly, it was peace of mind knowing that we did re-route our water pipes with them and that they stand behind their work should something go awry, which was not the case.
