Outstanding Service!
Every time I have had a mechanical service issue at home I know just who to call! From start to finish, the service is always exceptional. The customer service team is always quick to schedule an appointment and very polite. Jay and his team are always incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain the problem and have even showed me how to prevent it in the future. The repairs I have needed are always done efficiently and they even cleaned up afterward, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable services!
Responsive professional service at reasonable prices. Had my furnace go out during the recent cold snap and Jay was at my house within an hour of calling despite the fact that it was well past business hours. Got it going through the night and had one of his guys return first thing in the morning with the part they had to order. Would never use or recommend another plumbing / HVAC company
I had a leak between my well inlet and pressure tank due to a poor prior home owner repair. Luckily I noticed this and called Evenflow immediately. They were able to come out ASAP and fixed this issue FAST. We were with out water for a negligible amount of time. Not only that but, the work quality was outstanding and AFFORDABLE. They have my business indefinitely and would highly recommend them.
My furnace went out and they had a tech out to St Charles in 30 minutes. He was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly and we had our heat back in quickly. The tech was very thorough and checked it several times to make sure the furnace was good to go. I would definitely recommend Even Flow.
Highly recommend Even Flow! This is one of two projects they worked on(believe it or not, these pictures are from the smaller project). Our home is from the 40s and needed a massive overhaul on pipes(lead and galvanized), sump pump, main water shut off, spigots, and water heater. The job was done impeccably and we are loving our amazing water pressure and additional space in the utility room with the tankless. We are so grateful to Even Flow for taking care of it all and would use them again in the future.
