Kamran is a gentleman who is personable, incredible at diagnosing a plumbing issue, and is an expert at fixing any problem. We’ve used his expertise a handful of times over the years and he’s always quick to respond and make time for you.
Most recently, he fixed three major leaks in a very integral pipe in our basement/ceiling. It was no easy task and was handled with detail and care.
I really appreciate his communication and will always go back to him if something else comes up.
Kamran was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He was able to unclog my tub in my 96 year old house that I always have trouble with. Saved me potentially thousands of dollars. I’ll be returning to him and Five Star for other services.
Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn’t even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn’t know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.
The response was under 30 minutes! Kamran diagnosed our plumbing issues and had us back up and running in no time. He is polite, respectful, and most importantly very honest. I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing. Very professional!!
Kamran came out to fix a leaking gas valve. He did a fantastic job and was done before I knew it. Quality work and very reasonable price. I will definitely call again if I need any plumbing work in the future.
