The technician Jeorge did a great job very informative and helpful. George was on time very friendly. Corporate communications need to improve a little did not receive an email prior to this visit. Brian was so helpful and thorough. I thought I might have to replace my garbage disposal but he managed to find what was lodged inside and save me hundreds of dollars. So young and already a master at his craft! Highly recommend!
À reminder of why this place is a headache. We decided to have our AC/Furnace replaced last year. The installation took over 12hrs and they damaged the outdoor faucet/spigot in the installation process. It took additional calls, headaches and me taking days off to get the spigot repaired. After this entire ordeal, Four Seasons offered two years of free cleaning/maintenance.
A year later, I called to have maintenance performed for both AC and furnace. When I called to schedule the maintenance, I asked about the free cleaning on our account. Five minutes later, they came back and said that they could not find those notes in the system. I remembered that we received an email, so I replied to that email and asked if the credit is still valid. They replied yes.
On the day of the visit, something felt off during inspection, so I asked if he will be doing AC maintenance too. His notes didn’t show that service request, but he would add it in. Cool. During condenser maintenance, the technician noted that we needed a hard start kit. He didn’t explain what it does, just that we need it. At the end of service, he says “Let me tally up the charges.” I told him that we have free maintenance. His notes did not mention that. (Surprise). I showed him the email and he took a photo.
Jumping back to the kit, this is where I started to get really aggravated. The unit is a year old – why didn’t anyone talk to us about this “kit” during installation? I called their customer service and it eventually came to “Let me transfer you to an account manager to help you understand why you need it”. Fine. The A.M. calls me to discuss pricing on the kit. Before we could talk about pricing, I was asking why nobody mentioned this kit before, especially if the unit that was sold to us may be too much for our wiring. He said that’s Customer Service’s job to discuss and offered to transfer me back. He only works on pricing parts. I told him that I’m getting tired of being bounced around like this is some publicly traded company with red tape everywhere. He would have the CS Manager give me a call. Two business days later and nothing.
This company advertises that they’re knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy in their commercials, but let this entire experience say otherwise.
We decided to replace our furnace when it broke down because parts to repair it would have cost too much money. In the morning, we had it checked out and by the afternoon, Four Seasons sent a new unit along with Derek, who did a masterful job switching out the old one, installing the new one plus also replacing some other older ducts and pipes.
This is my second time calling Four Seasons and on both occasions, the service was top notch and the work was excellent.
Highly recommended although I hope that I won’t need to call them again anytime soon.
I was greatly impressed with Four Seasons when my steam boiler quit on a Sunday. A technical came quickly. The boiler needed replacing. The installation was great. The installers, Ronald and Kai worked efficiently and very hard. They were great
