Matt and Corey came out same day. Sump pump routing was leaking and poorly installed by me. Also fixed copper leak and installed new pump. The work was above expectations and I didn’t feel cheated like I have with corporate plumbers. I cannot recommend more highly. Before and after photos attached.
Matt and team came out for a stinky “egg” smell coming from our kitchen sink/dishwasher area. As the investigation unfolded, we discovered the smell was a result of a bolt shot through the main PVC drainpipe and food sediment had been building up inside the wall cavity for some time. Matt cut out the wall and old piping, configured new piping and made some improvements while he was at it. Matt was supremely responsive, timely and courteous throughout the job. I would highly recommend Matt for any plumbing needs.

Matt and his team were excellent to work with! From the initial phone call, Matt took his time to understand the issue I was having (sump pump) and give me an idea of what could be done. He then came out on site and gave me multiple options for solutions. Very clear communication throughout the project was much appreciated. They also have very competitive pricing with a high quality of work! Matt and his team were able to extend and connect my sump pump to a storm drain that was in my back yard which was causing constant water pooling and erosion. Extremely happy with the results. Would certainly recommend them!
I had called Fox Valley Plumbing because we had an issue with the downstairs toilet “gurgling” and backing up. Matt and Cody were here in about 2 hours. They fixed the clog, explained what they had done and sent me an email showing everything. They were great. I highly recommend this company. They were easy to reach. Actually spoke with an actual person. Great service!
