Today Adam and Josh did more than an exceptional job on my hot dog trailer. I know the job was different and out of their usual scope. But their knowledge and aiding me in understanding what was happening was so appreciated. These guys are my permanent plumbers. Thank you for sending these two HJacks. You definitely sent the right men for the job.
I called on Wednesday afternoon. That morning we had no water at our house. Recently we had some basement work done by a different company and our water stopped working. Very frustrating and upsetting. H Jack’s called me back right away and had two technicians out the next day. The two men were straight shooters and told me what was messed up. Chip and Steve were great and very professional. Got straight to work. Had my water running and new system put up in less than 24 hrs. Will recommend them to other people and have other house work and remodeling in the future I’d feel comfortable with them doing. They have my trust.
Tom and his entire crew(not sure of all of their names) did an excellent job replacing our entire gas line system at home. We recently experienced a leak and the day before Jay attempted to chase it down, it continued to drop pressure after changing out a union that had a leak. The house was built in the 1960’s we all agreed it was best to replace everything. The crew showed up in full force 4/5 vans full. They executed from start to finish very professionally. It was an expensive (but on par pricing) repair, definitely worth it to be safe. I did what I could to make it an easy experience for them also, and not every homeowner does that for contractors. We enjoyed having them remodel our bathroom. The walk through was indepth and answered all our concerns. Estimate and what we paid was fair, even with the added work that needed to be done on our very old house. They made sure to ask about placement of safety features we needed and how we function in our bathroom. Chip and his team was considerate of our house and time.
I hired H Jack’s Plumbing several years ago for a faucet leak and was happy with them. Yesterday (Sunday), my hot water tank sprang a leak and I called expecting a recording, but a very nice man answered and said he’d send repair in the morning. Two men were here by 8:30. My plumbing was very old and needed updated. Pressure was low and a large pool of water was discovered in the backyard, which indicated a leak. A well crew came and after inspection, repair was indicated. A whole crew was here most of the day and now all is repaired. The entire crew was friendly, professional and efficient. The final cost was even less than the quote because the leak was at the pump connection and not in the pipe underground somewhere.
My house is very unique and the whole thing could have been a nightmare, but the men knew just what to do. I am a widow and very grateful to them. I highly recommend H Jack’s Plumbing and give them 5 stars.
