Great service.
Heater died during the night. Called early morning and they arrived around 9am. They were able to diagnose the issue. Took time to explain and price all available options.
Heater was 25 years old. Had a couple companies work on it for various reasons over the past 3 to 4 years. Decided to replace and they started right away. Full tear out and replacement of the heater was done within 2 days.
We called H Jack’s Plumbing because our Hot water tank was leaking and they sent Terry over to look at it and we definitely needed a new one. Terry was very professional and courteous and explained exactly what was wrong. He and Kevin (who brought the new water tank, and was just as nice) replaced the tank and went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly. We will definitely be using H Jack’s Plumbing and Heating for maintenance work. Thanks for a job well done !
Richard Roth was the professional who led this team and the quality of work, professionalism and congeniality were outstanding! He was accurate in all of his work time estimates and he truly understood he’s job and how to accomplish the install. I am so happy that I chose H Jack’s to install my tankless hot water tank. We’ve been having issues with our basement backing up for months. We’ve had it snaked multiple times. Finally we broke down and called a different company. They came out & quoted us almost $400 more than H. Jacks. So I hopped on Google and started looking up company reviews. I called H. Jack & they were offering to come out the same day for a no cost quote.
Jack & Shawn came to the rescue!!!! They were so polite & did a solid review of the plumbing. Before leaving they made sure we understood all the things with our pipes out to the street. I really appreciate them fixing the back up but also educating us on the things that may arise. I highly recommend & thank you again Jack & Shawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin and Michael came to install a smart water shutoff valve. Installation went great. While they were hear we discovered a problem with an expansion tank that was about to fail. They fixed that too. Saving another trip and a potential big problem. Great guys, great work, and a great price! I would strongly recommend and ask for Kevin and Michel.
