Larry did an excellent job installing a new downspout to replace our old downspout which was not draining and flooding our basement. The work was high quality, and Larry and his team left my yard in a good shape for further seeding. Larry originally quoted ~$3400 for the downspout to be installed all the way to the street which required ~40 foot pipe to be installed in my yard along with all the digging in my yard. However, per my alignment, he tied the downspout to the other downspout which is in good shape, which required a ~10 foot pipe and a lot less digging in my yard. He and his team was able to finish the job approximately in 5 hours instead of full 8 hours. Then, he gave me a discount of only $300 which he said was the pipe cost which he did not use, which was very unfair in my view. I think I paid a lot more than I am supposed to for this job for this reason, and have not been happy at all about the cost of this job. I already called Halpin Plumbing and filed a complaint on this issue. I personally think Larry should have charged me less for this job, and I really hope the main office can fix the cost for this job for me. Otherwise, I will unfortunately need to consider other contractors for future plumbing jobs in the future.

Charlie and Caleb were professional in every way. On time, prepared, and efficient. I asked for the louder sawing to be completed prior to a business call from home and Charlie exceeded my request. We are so pleased with Halpin’s quality and will gladly refer others to their shop! Thanks.
