Great service from the guys at Harbor Rooter today. They arrived quickly and fixed the leak and went above and beyond. Great “can do” attitude from both of them and they obviously enjoy providing good customer service! Good jokes also!
I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that came out today. Jacob and Justin were amazing. They were punctual, polite and respectful. They found the problem instantly and fixed it with ease. They are very knowledgeable in their field. They even found another problem and fixed it for me while they were there. The entire process took about 1.5 hours which was way less time that I had anticipated. They didn’t make a huge mess and cleaned up before they left. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
After struggling with an ongoing plumbing issue for over a year and the difficulty in finding a local (well rated) company that serviced our area – we got in touch with Harbor Rooter LLC when the problem became more urgent. They said they could come out the next morning, but then managed to squeeze us in and showed up the same day we called!
Justin and Jacob did an amazing job! They fixed the issue. Removed a hardened clog that had solidified in the pipes a year before we even moved in. They were professional, fixed the issue quickly, and even cleared another unrelated pipe issue in the bathroom!
We are very impressed and would highly recommend Harbor Rooter LLC to anyone. They will be our go to for any future plumbing issues we can’t fix ourselves. Awesome work and response time!
Harbor Rooter has been great to deal with for our plumbing emergencies. We get fast service, which, hello have you tried getting a tradesman out to your house lately? And the service is excellent. Today Bobby Bob and BJ diagnosed and fixed a leak in almost no time at all. They’re awesome!
Had a plumbing emergency, called these guys, and Robert and Bobby were on it fast. They fixed everything, were super professional, and really nice. Top-notch service, definitely recommend! 10/10
