In 2009, I had to replace the sewage pipe from my house to the city sewer only to find out this week that it had been attached to a few feet of Orangeburg pipe that was attached to the city sewer. If you know what Orangeburg pipe is you know what happened and it went unnoticed for awhile.
When the plumber I had said they didn’t have a long enough snake to clean out pipe and I would need to get someone else, that’s when I started googling plumbers with good reviews and tried HRI Plumbing who discovered the problem. They were expensive but they tracked down the problems. New PVC was installed to the city sewer where the Orangeburg pipe was, also took stool, vanity, tub, washing machine and kitchen sink drains and installed new PVC in to the drain in the new sewer line installed in crawl space to bypass cast iron– that was supposed to be done a long time ago from another plumber, when I had the bathroom remodeled. We have been breathing in sewer smell off and on for years along with a stool that flushed sometimes. As the problem escalated the washing machine started backing up when it drained, then backing up into A coil pan for central air and bathtub also – A stinky unhealthy mess. I thank HRI Plumbing guys Troy and Dakota for fixing the problems and caring what we were breathing in but most of all dedicated to fixing the problems.

Upon arrival Chad was very professional, informative & honest.
My husband & I decided to sign for the repairs to be done the same day.

Waited most of the day. Cleared cabinet for the plumber. He checked his computer. Told me the cost of replacing the faucet that I purchased. 675.00 for fixing a dripping faucet.
I told him to forget it I wasn’t paying that much to repair a dripping faucet.
He was very nice explains why the cost . I paid the 129.00 for the service fee . For doing absolutely nothing.
Will promise you won’t be calling you ever again. 675.00 way too much for 1hr. 1/2 to change a faucet out
Highway robbery. A bunch of scammers . I live on social security
Don’t have that kind of income to pay that prices.
