tl;dr – AVOID. Extremely unreliable.

I moved into the area recently and was looking for a reliable long-term plumber. After talking with Bob and his son, I hired them to do some plumbing work and got an estimate to run gas pipe in the attic. I liked that they were a local, family-owned business going on three generations. He came to do the plumbing job, but it was July and he told me he couldn’t do the attic pipe until it got cooler.

After I told Bob I wanted to schedule the work, we had trouble connecting, which I chalked up to being out of town for a week. But it was a consistent theme over the three months I spent trying to work with him. I NEVER got a call from Bob; the only times we ever spoke were when I reached out to him. He would tell me “maybe we can get that in next week,” or something similar, and never get back to me.

Last week I pinned him down and said I needed to get the job done. He asked for dates; I gave him three. Today (11/12/19) he told me it was now too cold. Bob strung me along for THREE SEASONS from too hot to too cold.

When I brought this up, he told me he his long-term customers were his priority, and he just couldn’t fit me in. The irony? I spent four months trying to be a long term customer…and now kind of feel like I am!

Jem came to my home for a water issue two people spent about a half hour and informed me that they didn’t know what was wrong and charged me 78.00 for a diagnosis. And asked me to call them when I found out what the problem was.
