The Plumber was attentive and explained the process thoroughly. He and his crew were prompt and finished the job in the timeframe he stated. Their work was timely and efficient and they completed the job in one day. He found the leak and got it repaired and floors patched back up all in one day. Phil was awesome and this great service has earned J Rowe Plumbing a permanent customer for my future needs. I would definitely refer Phil and his team!

Excellent and professional service! Used this company in 2020 to fix a clogged pipe under the house, informed it was due to roots, at that time he fixed the issue and informed me of reoccurring issues which I did not tend to or get fixed as they recommended…professional affordable courteous 5 star back then too. Fast forward to today 2025, same problem. Jamie diagnosed the same problem and worked diligently to fix the immediate issue. Couldn’t be more happy with his professionalism, knowledge, and his work! Thanks Jamie! Highly recommend J Rowe! I have free flowing water again, and instructions on how to permanently fix and/or maintain it.
I recently hired J Rowe Plumbing to fix a leak and I can’t expound enough on how impressed I was with Clannan and Jesse. Both these men were so professional in their speech and work ethics. I was informed of every step they made, included and explained everything to me so I could understand. They worked efficiently and expertly to solve my problem. I would hire J Rowe Plumbing again in a second. Thank you Michelle for hiring excellent workers at your firm. Also back in June of 2024 Jamie was at my house also fixing a leak, He too was professional and courteous as were Clannan and Jesse.
5 star service start to finish! Friendly, knowledgeable and really listened to our concerns. After multiple plumbers from other places just blew off our concerns, they provided options to explore and found the source of our problem in an hour.
