Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal – Temple

Ja-Mar was different from other metal roofing companies I’d contacted from the very beginning. They engaged with me quickly and indulged my questions. I was interested in many options, all of which Ja-Mar offered. I didn’t want (due to limited knowledge on this subject), for example, to pass on any potential additional energy savings. The feedback I received was that the payback for the additional effort in my case just wasn’t there. Everyone in their firm (I’d talked to three folks at that point), passed on an obvious opportunity to take advantage of my limited knowledge and over-sell a lot of features that they were capable-of and willing-to provide. Not one person in their group attempted to do that (over-sell me). They were willing to question/listen/verify, but also responded from the beginning that they either didn’t think it was necessary and/or didn’t think any potential energy savings was justified.
While Ja-Mar representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and work, they often told me they didn’t have the answer; and they were really good about follow-up. They reached out to others in their company and to their supplier representatives for better answers. Everyone I spoke to (including supplier representatives) was quick to respond to my questions and very pleasant to talk to. Their approach inspires trust and confidence that they’re trying to get you the right answer to properly address your roofing issues.
While I had a primary contact, they appear to have a team approach as others regularly reached out to help during the process. Ja-Mar collectively has a very knowledgeable and responsive team providing information to customers. Nathan Warrick, Chuck Dearborn and Julian (the crew chief handling my roof) in particular, as well as every member of the crew they assigned were all very good. They worked hard to get things done well and deliver a pleasing and functional result which I’m very happy with.
